Genny is originally from Schertz, Texas and graduated from Texas State University in 2005 with a Bachelors degree in Recreation Administration, Therapeutic Recreation. Genny is currently working as a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist at TIRR Memorial Hermann and became their Adaptive Sports Coordinator in 2006. She is the head coach for the TIRR Hotwheels wheelchair basketball team; she is also a B level Quad Rugby official. Genny has been involved with Camp Xtreme since 2005 as the staff coordinator and will now take on the role of Co-Director. In her free time Genny enjoys playing softball and golf. Genny and Marcos live in Katy TX.

Eric, a wheelchair user himself, after a spinal cord injury in 1989; he received his Bachelors degree in Community Health from Texas A&M in 1995 and went on to receive another Bachelors degree in Occupational therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 1999. Eric has been able to use his own life experiences to better treat patients on the spinal cord injure team at TIRR Memorial Hermann as an occupational therapist since 2002. Prior to that he worked as a seating and mobility specialist and has worked at summer camp for children with disabilities for several summers. Eric has been involved with Camp Xtreme since 2003 as the sports and activities coordinator and will not take on the role of Co-Director this year. Eric once competed in wheelchair tennis and basketball and is currently active in other adaptive recreation. Including camping, waterskiing, handcycling, and kayaking. Eric, Brenda, and their daughter Alyssa live in Houston TX.
